Queensway Performing Arts, part of Church on the Queensway, is dedicated to spreading the good news of Jesus through powerful and engaging theatrical productions.
Led by Arts Pastor Arthur Wachnik, we produce major events like the annual Christmas Production and the Passion Play, which bring the story of Jesus to life. Our mission is to inspire and unite the community by sharing the message of faith, hope, and love through the arts.

Stage Management
This team ensures actors make their entrances and are in the right positions, acting as the glue that unites all departments for the stage show.

Props
Our props team is a small, dedicated group maintaining a limited inventory space. They need volunteers who can create and repair props using various materials.
Set Design

Set design is a major task, requiring yearly fixes, big or small. Our volunteers include artists, construction workers, and handy individuals.
Hair & Makeup

Hair and Makeup is about more than looks. Our volunteer professionals handle quick changes and actor sensitivities, ensuring the cast looks convincing in their costumes.
Costumes

The team of designers, sewers, dressers, and administrators keeps costumes organized. Preparation starts 2-3 months in advance, and they seek dedicated volunteers.

Audio, Lighting & Media
Our skilled staff oversee volunteers for audio, lighting, and media production. There is always something new to learn, and the team works together to solve problems.
